About

I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree and a Masters in Library Science. To hone my artistic skills I have attended many workshops offered through the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA) and The South Surrey White Rock Art Society (SSWRAS). From time to time, I have has solo exhibits and group shows. More recently, I completed the Art2Life’s Creative Visionary Program (CVP).

I live in British Columbia, Canada.

Artist’s Statement

Creating art has been a passion since childhood. When I paint, whether portraying human emotions, painting abstracts or capturing the beauty of nature, I feel truly alive. For me, creating art is a meditative process in which I get completely absorbed by my subject matter and time stands still.

I love making abstract landscapes and figurative works using different mediums. Some of my favourite artists include Rembrandt, Kathe Kollowitz, and Ch’i Pai Shih.

I hope that everyone discovers their creative expression and grow their inner light.
